About Cornerstone
Cornerstone Solutions & Services helps government organizations lead complex technology and infrastructure initiatives with greater clarity, accountability, and confidence.
Why We Exist
Our mission is to help government and public-sector organizations deliver successful technology projects through disciplined project management, transparent communication, and practical solutions that reduce risk and improve outcomes.
Cornerstone was created for organizations that need experienced leadership around the work: clear ownership, realistic plans, useful governance, early risk visibility, coordinated stakeholders, and an accountable path from initiation through operational handoff.

Founder & CEO
Anthony Ayilola is a project management leader with 10 years of experience directing complex enterprise software, infrastructure, and operational initiatives across government and regulated environments.
His experience includes supporting Maryland’s MD Benefits program, leading multi-site infrastructure deployments, coordinating cross-functional technical teams and vendors, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and guiding initiatives from planning through implementation and operational handoff.
Anthony founded Cornerstone Solutions & Services to help state and local government organizations bring greater structure, visibility, and accountability to complex technology work. His leadership approach combines disciplined planning, transparent communication, active risk management, and respect for the client’s mission.

How We Work
Our values become practical behaviors on every engagement—not words reserved for a wall.
We establish clear responsibilities, track commitments, and keep delivery moving toward agreed outcomes.
Progress, risk, dependencies, and difficult issues are surfaced early enough for leaders to act.
We align project decisions with public outcomes, operating realities, and the people responsible for the work.
